Entergy is actively working to restore service to all customers as soon as possible.
Entergy estimates a restoration time of 9:30 AM, for all customers.

At 8:04 PM, Labor Day evening, just before light rain began to fall in the area, the Monticello Fire Department was paged out to the report of a woods fire, caused by a tree limb falling on a powerline and igniting grass in the area, which spread.
