Mainline Health Systems Inc. Chief Operating Officer, Ashely Anthony, was chosen to speak at the NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit in Washington D.C. held on July 12th. Mrs. Anthony presented on the topic of managing chronic diseases, shining a spotlight on the Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program offered at MHSI. She shared insight about the program, how MHSI provides services to chronic care patients with diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, and how these services ultimately improve health outcomes. Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their summer utility bills can apply now for up to $475 through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Not Forgotten is our first album that we wrote all the songs on. We are so thankful and blessed to write songs about faith, family and love. I wrote songs about how Jesus saved me, love songs to my wife, a song about my mom and songs to help those who are in chains, addictions and racism.

Mark Spencer is associate vice chancellor for Program Development, Assessment and Distance Learning at the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) and an award-winning author. The MHS Cheerleaders and Mascot attended the National Cheerleaders Association summer camp in Hot Springs June 5-8th. They received several awards competing against some outstanding squads from Arkansas, Texas, and Mississippi. They won 1st Place in the Game Day Cheer and 3rd in the Jam Performance Routine. According to a Monticello Mayor Jason Akers, another infrastructure project for the residents of Monticello is underway.
Well #4, which supplies water to residents on Oakland, Conley, Cooper and countless other city streets is located near North Conley Street. The well was listed as a priority infrastructure repair when the city obtained its infrastructure plan in 2020. Originally estimated at a cost of over 1.9 million dollars, the original recommendation was to cap the well, relocate it and dig another well. The well is over 300 feet deep.
