uam Clinton D. Young, Associate Professor of History at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, has been recognized by the American Musicological Society for his scholarship. His first book, Music Theater and Popular Nationalism in Spain, 1880-1930, received the Robert M. Stevenson Award at the recent annual meeting of the AMS in San Antonio, Texas.
