Prosecution Cross-examines Shooter about Guns, Witnesses

Deputy prosecutor Frank Spain, at 9:30, began questioning Briggs about whether Davis was in the house, to which he replied, ” He was in the house. When the shots were fired, he went out of the house.
Spain asked who he called, when he was given his phone; he replied that he called his Mom and a close friend, Stanford Lindsey.
He disagreed with Davis’ statement that he went to a back room, to get the gun.
After a few clarifying questions from his attorney, the court took a brief recess.
