Briggs’ lawyer asked Ms. Briggs a few descriptive questions about the events, that night.
Prosecutor Spain then pointed out that she had given him a clip and his phone, while claiming that she never left the bedroom. She responded, “I have PTS(D).”
Spain then got her to admit that she and Briggs had domestic issues. He then had her confirm that he had threatened to kill her. He even set her house on fire.
At 10:15, the defense rested.
