SEACAC Community Meeting- Chicot County

The Southeast Arkansas Community Action Corporation will conduct a community meeting to elect a board member for the Chicot County Elected Official Sector of SEACAC board of directors. Pet Found in Vivian Manor

This big, friendly cat showed up at our house in Vivian Manor. We’ll be unable to keep him, so we really would like to find his owners. He isn’t neutered, appears to be well taken-care of, and is obviously somebody’s pet.
