Former Postal Carrier Gets 20 Years in ADC for Stealing 180+ Checks, worth $58,000+

At least a total of 157 mail articles, which she felt had checks inside of them, were stolen, when she was employed as a mail carrier for the United States, Postal Service. No one really knows how many pieces of mail were actually stolen.

Deshazer could have received a maximum of over 1000 years, if all charges were to run consecutively. Her plea bargain will have her served 20 years in prison, followed by 10 years suspended imposition of sentence. Where she must continue making $200 per month restitution payments.

Deshazer paid $5000 restitution, on the day of court.

Fall 2023 Seark Miracle League Schedule Seark Miracle League Fall ball starts Tuesday October 3rd at 6pm. We set our fall schedule a few months back and at that time the fair parade had not been scheduled. With that being said, we will play ball this Tuesday night for the athletes who want to play. Plan on joining us at the Miracle League Field at the Monticello Sports Complex at 6pm.
