Gaines Street Re-opens, Clean Up Continues, After Sunday Night’s Path of Destruction

Gaines Street opens with 2 lanes of traffic and a 4-way stop sign.
The driver of this Dodge truck reportedly fell asleep, before the crash.

Why is there a “WALK” light on the back of the streetlight from Gaines & Main? I’ve always wondered what that extra light was since it pointed the wrong way down Gaines. Now that I see it’s a “WALK” light… I’ve even more puzzled.
