Drew County Man Charged with Sexual Indecency with a Child
Published by Joe Burgess July 23rd, 2008 in Police /Legal.According to Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. Investigator Rick Rausch, Jason Fortenberry, age 31, of Monticello, has been arrested and charged with the crime of sexual indecency with a child.
At his bond hearing, Fortenberry’s bond was set at $10,000.
As of Wednesday night, Fortenberry was still incarcerated in the Drew County Detention Facility.
