It may be 90 degrees outside, but it’s time to talk duck hunting at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Hunters can voice their opinions about the upcoming Arkansas waterfowl hunting regulations and seasons at one of 12 public meetings to be held around the state on Tuesday, June 3.
