Every Correct Craft boat and engine company earned a 2025 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, highlighting Correct Craft’s commitment to delivering an exceptional ownership experience. The awards were announced today at the Industry Breakfast during the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show.

To qualify, boat and engine manufacturers must achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90 percent or higher, based on feedback from customers who purchased a new boat or engine during the prior program year (January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025). New boat and engine buyers are independently surveyed across the purchase journey, including delivery and service.

Recipients of the award include Nautique Boat Company, Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats, SeaArk Boats, Bass Cat Boats, Yar-Craft Boats, Parker Boats, Indmar Marine Engines, and Pleasurecraft Engine Group.

SeaArk Boats was presented with the opportunity to work with some young adults at the Vera Lloyd Family Services, and we can’t be more proud of the work they have put in as well as our employees who have donated their time and energy to provide this to these amazing young men and women. Help us in congratulating them!

They donated their personal time to help facilitate and teach welding to kids at Vera Lloyd. Thirteen kids completed weld training on a simulator. Many of them will begin part 2 of the class learning on a welding machine. This act of kindness not only gives these kids a boost in life but can also help SeaArk with adding future team members.
