The grand opening for the Miracle League playground and fall season is a miracle league will be held at the sports complex Saturday morning at 9 AM.

The quorum court will hold a budget committee meeting October 1, at 6 PM in the conference room at Davis tractor company on Airport Road.

There will be a tour of the building starting at 5 PM.

The Tunican Chapter of the Arkansas Archeological Society is continuing its Fall Speaker Series on Tuesday, October 2. Dr. Jodi Barnes, Station Archeologist at the University of Arkansas at Monticello Research Station will talk about the ongoing research at Hollywood Plantation, or the Taylor House as it is also known.
