Monticello Landmark Removed

A longtime Monticello landmark, with many memories to many people was taken down earlier this week, with the removal of the former Henderson Funeral Home.

The funeral home began there in 1942, according to area residents, and served the community until around 3 years ago.

The work was done by T&T Construction and Wells Trucking.
