“Shifting Monuments”, an exhibition of paintings and drawings by Felicia Leach can be viewed in the Glassblock Gallery in the Taylor Library at UAM through October 10, 2019.
By layering time through transfer, tracing, and gesture until the totality of the event is recorded within a stable image, Felicia Leach’s paintings and drawings become the modality of time, perception, and production that reveal and conceal the flux within a particular place.

The University of Arkansas at Monticello announced this week the university’s first operational endowment, which will benefit its art department. Alumnus Waymond Teague has presented a $100,000 gift in memory of his wife Barbara Ozment Teague, also a graduate. Read the rest of this entry »
