Small Woods Fire near Collins/Cominto , Wednesday

Wednesday, at 3:30 pm, the Collins-Cominto fire department, assisted by the Dermott fire department, responded to a small woods fire, at the intersection of South 16th Section Road and Burton Lake trail.

OEM and Drew County Sheriff’s Deputies responded, and the fire was extinguished.
