The State of AR already has a program required for all food establishments, including food trucks. https://www.healthy.arkansas.gov/programs-services/topics/food-protection. All this measure will do is make the food trucks pay $150/year to the City of Monticello to operate here. We have a local health inspector whose job it is to make sure folks set up selling food have the proper STATE permit. If you know someone is operating without a the proper STATE permit, call the health inspector. If someone sets up on your property without permission, call the police. Nothing new is needed here.
