The Monticello Fire Department was paged out to a car fire at a home on N. Hyatt St., around 3 PM Friday.

Collins/ Cominto Fire Dept will be accepting donations for clothes for Vickey McCollum who lost everything in house fire December 15, and was just released from the Jackson burn center.

At 8 AM, Thanksgiving morning, the Monticello fire department responded to a house fire on Maria Drive.
