Although MLive usually doesn’t cover condemnations, this property and the included issues have been on the City Council agenda at least six times in the past year, including Thursday nights special called meeting to discuss resending yet, which failed.

ARDOT is closing a portion of Highway 1 due to a state bridge located between Watson and Kelso effective immediately.

A route is being marked as a detour on highway 138 from Hwy 1 to Hwy 4.

The period of time for closure is unknown at this time but an estimated repair period will be announced soon.

The case has been turned over to Monticello Police Department.
