It needs some work, plumbing and electrical repair, etc. If it is to stay in the Park, it needs to be improved on the outside and on the inside. No leaks. Lot rent is only $60/month if you were to stay. All residents are screened prior to living in the Park (application required). Otherwise, this trailer can be moved out. Free, Male lab mix dog, almost 2 years old. He is great with our young boys, they do whatever to him and has never snapped at them. We have 3 other dogs that he has never been aggressive with but the other dogs pick on him. That’s why we’re finding a new home for him. He loves to run, play and chase squirrels. This cat was found tore up and eyes badly damaged. We have nursed it back to health, had it spade and eyes treated. One eye is gone and other eye she can see shapes and movement.
