Today is Election Day for County Road Tax 1¢ Sales Tax Extension. 190 Early Votes Cast.

190 votes were cast during early voting for the County Road Tax 1¢ Sales Tax Extension. If approved, the extended tax will last for six years, when it will be decided by voters if it should be extended again.
Today, June 11, is election day.
The polls are open from 7:30 AM, 7:30 PM.
Please note that all voting will be done at the primary voting sites inside of Monticello. All County voters will vote at these 4 polling places.

Ashley County Medical Center welcomes Dr. Sarahrose Webster to their team.
A native of Seattle, Washington, Webster received her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Her residency training in General Surgery was completed at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
Dr. Webster is certified by the American Board of Surgery. She is ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certified. Dr. Webster has been a practicing surgeon at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and served as a surgical instructor for UAMS-South Central Family Practice Residency Program.
