City of Monticello is currently taking Public Works applications for a full-time and part-time Public Works Laborers.

Applicants must possess the ability to work independently. be trainable, have good listening skills,
knowledge of public works and have a minimum of a high school diploma. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. HistoryShow2022 Junior and Senior students from Drew Central, McGehee, and Monticello school districts attended a TheatreSquared production of, The History Show, on March 7th at the Drew Central auditorium. The four actors had one goal: cover the entire timeline of US history in just 45 minutes.
