According to Mayor Jason Akers, the City of Monticello received a $224,997 reimbursement for expenses this week for a recently completed infrastructure project.
Bids were opened for the Godfrey Ditch project on March 14, 2024, and the project began in April. It was completed in early June, with drainage work being performed on Jackson, Pauline, Conley, Shelton and ending at Gaines Street. Read the rest of this entry »
