Man Arrested Twice at Same House, withing 1.5 HoursJuly 6th, 2009 by Joe Burgess
OnÂ Friday, June 27, Cedric Wells, age 23 of Monticello was arrested for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct by the Monticello Police Dept. around 11 p.m., for entering a lady’s residence on North Gabbert Street.
Wells bonded out of jail, then approximately an hour and a half later, returned to the same residence, where he was again arrested and charged with residential burglary and multiple misdemeanor charges.
Wells bond was set at $50,000 the following Monday. Â He has since bonded out of jail again.
