Lincoln County Drug Arrests Reported

But On Friday, Deputies from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department along with the Arkansas State Police, Tri-County Drug Task Force, and Star City Police Department made five drug-related arrests.
Randy Cessor of Dallas Street in Star City was arrested on two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, a class C Felony, and a Search warrant was executed at his residence. During the search twenty-two grams of methamphetamine, eight guns, $1,605.00 in cash, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia were seized.
Also arrested at the Cessor residence were Katrina Sidwell and Samantha Barnett, both for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Felony, and Randy Cessor Jr., for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class C and D Felonies respectively.
Also arrested on September 4, 2015, were Markus Peacock of Star City on a Bench Warrant for two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, a Class C Felony, and Amanda Morgan of Lincoln County on Delivery of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, also a Class C Felony.
