Hayes Pleads “No Contest” to Charges of Sexual Assault 4TH Degree
Published by Joe Burgess January 22nd, 2008 in Police /Legal.Johnny Hayes pleaded “no contest” Friday to charges of Sexual Assault in the 4th Degree, stemming from multiple charges that were brought against him in 2005.
Hayes, age 36, was taken to the County Detention Facility, and sentenced to serve 6 years in the Arkansas Dept. of Corrections.
