DWI & Refusal of Test

Tuesday night, around 6:30, approximately the same time as the thunderstorm, the driver of this SUV lost control of her vehicle on North Hyatt, better known as country club hill.
She narrowly missed a power pole before coming to a stop.
The driver, April Pambianchi, was taken into custody by Monticello Police Department, and charged with DWI and refusal to submit to test.
She bonded out on Wednesday.
The Chevy Tahoe that she was driving was towed by Rods Wrecker.
