The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of primary care that combines teamwork and information technology to improve care, improve patients’ experience of care and reduce costs. Medical homes foster ongoing partnerships between patients and their personal clinicians, instead of approaching care as the sum of episodic office visits. SEARK Wildlife Rehabilitation is permitted through AGFC to rehabilitate Arkansas wildlife. We rehabilitate anything with the exception of migratory birds and raptors. We will even handle reptiles, such as snakes and turtles.
When an animal is sick, injured, displaced, or orphaned we take possession of he or she and treat them for any ailments and supplement them. As they grow and become self sufficient they are prepared for a safe and successful return to the wild. They are not and cannot be treated as domestic animals would be.

Well, it’s that time of year again; the time of year when we have to try to figure out which way to set the clocks.
This is the week when most parts of the country will turn their clocks BACK. So if it was 2 a.m., it becomes 1 a.m.
Enjoy that extra hour of sleep.
It gets taken away from us in March..
Options, Inc. was started because a small number of individuals saw the need of Domestic Violence Victims and their Children. A survey was conducted through law enforcement and court systems in 1989 in the five counties of the 10th Judicial District. The survey was conducted by concerned citizens and professionals. The data was compiled and results were that one out of every four calls was regarding some type of domestic or family violence.
October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Domestic Violence Awareness month is held every October to educate people about domestic violence, and to encourage victims and abusers to get help.
Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior used to gain control over a person by a partner, relative, or household member.
Abusers often make it difficult for victims to get help by blaming them, promising the abuse will stop, or making victims feel they cannot escape—either because they may suffer further abuse or due to financial constraints.
