City Council to Re-evaluated Mobile Home Ordinance

Mobile homes In 2014, the Monticello City Council passed an ordinance placing limitations on ownership and relocation of mobile homes within the city limits.

With multiple changes in the mayor’s seat since then, plus a slightly heated discussion at a recent meeting, the topic of the mobile home  ordinance is on the agenda for Tuesday night.
