An 18-wheeler from Batesville “threw a drive-shaft”, around 6 pm, near EX-Mart North. shutting down the McCloy & Hyatt Street intersection.

Reliable Towing pulled the big-rig out of the highway, opening up traffice.

MPD, DCSO, and a State Trooper were seen assisting traffic, which was detoured uto North Hyatt.

Cynthia Mae Williams, age 39, is wanted by the Drew County Sheriff’s Department for forgery and hot checks.

Williams has a Bradley County address, but is known to be in Drew County on a regular basis.
