At 7:45 AM, Tuesday morning, Monticello Police responded to the report of a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Barkada Road and 425.

Sources at the scene report that the driver of a Dodge Avenger was attempting to cross Highway 425, heading east, when it was struck by a southbound Ford pick-up.

SEEMS and MASI responded, one person was transported to Drew Memorial.
