Around 11:30, Sunday morning, phone outages, both cellular and landline disrupted business and communication across the wide section of Southeast Arkansas, including Monticello, Hamburg, McGehee and Warren.

AT&T described it as tower outages, that affected AT&T, Verizon, landlines and other internet sources.

Trustworthy sources indicate the cable that was cut was located on 530, between Little Rock and Pine  Bluff, possibly in the Dixon Road area.

A wide range of businesses were also affected, including retail outlets and local bank ATMs.

MPD and DCSO coils only be contacted by dialing 911.

Most customers service was restored at 6 PM, Sunday evening.

Then off again at 6:18.

Then on again at 6:20,………
