For nonemergencies, please call 870-460-5181 due to the current telephone outage, specifically from cell phones trying to call many (non- AT&T local landlines.
This communications failure eliminates many residents only line of communication to the Monticello Police Department, Drew County Sheriff, Monticello Fire Dept, Courthouse or City Hall.
