New Soccer League Forming in Monticello

Brian Hairston of the newly formed Southeast Arkansas Futbol League (SAFL) addressed the city parks committee regarding the formation of the league, and made a request to play soccer at the Monticello Sports Complex this season, that there Tuesday meeting.

Drew County GOP to Hold Meeting, TUESDAY

A meeting of the Drew County Republicans will be held on January 24th at 6:00pm in the Chamber of Commerce building on E. Gaines in Monticello.

New officers and two Election Commissioners will be elected at this meeting for the 2017/2018 term.
