In an effort to better promote our community, the Monticello Downtown Network Committee has been hard at work planning exciting additions to Monticello’s Historic Downtown Business District. We hope most of you have noticed the artwork being done to develop a large, totally unique, mural on the west side of the building located at 113 West Gaines Street. Several area residents stopped to make photos of the unusual vehicle, before it left, traveling north on Highway 425.
