2026-2027 Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Supplies 

Notice is hereby given that the Hermitage School District is requesting bids to provide vended meals for the operation of Child Nutrition Programs.

Location: 310 N. School Dr. Hermitage, AR  71647

Bid Opening: Friday, May 1, 2026. 

Bids must be received prior to bid opening.

To request the full solicitation packet, please contact Kristi Best, Child Nutrition Director at kristi.best@hermitageschools.org.  If questions arise during the solicitation process, answers to questions will be provided via email and added as an addendum to the solicitation.  This information will be provided to all prospective bidders. 

Bidders must be fully aware and comply with USDA rules and regulations.  The Hermitage School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
