Citizens Bank’s New Financial Center Good News for Monticello, Drew County

Citizens Bank has completed construction and has opened its new state-of-the-art financial center located at 236 U.S. Highway 425 North in Monticello. Consolidating its previous branches in Monticello allows the bank’s staff to more efficiently address the financial needs of consumers, professionals and commercial entities in the region.
A grand opening celebration for the facility will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and will include remarks from bank and local officials, a ribbon-cutting, a reception and informal tours.
“We will provide a robust, full-service banking in this modern facility,” said Chris Lampkin, Southeast Market President for Citizens Bank. “However, from the moment you walk in the door of this unique financial center, you will experience a warm, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that transcends any traditional banking environment you have ever known.”
Guests are encouraged to visit this new unique location, enjoy the coffee café and comfortable seating areas, and engage in a personalized discussion of all their banking needs.

The new Citizens Bank facility at Monticello encompasses 6,000 square feet of space, which also includes a large community room that will be available for use by the public and organizations. The architecturally distinctive building was designed by CADM Architecture of El Dorado and Magnolia.
