Approximately 40 hurricane relief electrical support trucks, along with their workers, stopped at a local convenience store, using the Walmart parking lot for a moment, on their way from Kansas City, Missouri to the New Orleans, Louisiana hurricane flood area.

Although the ccrews didn’t spend much time visiting, a few local residents expressed their appreciation to them for helping those in need.

Shady Grove’s Disaster Relief Team will be deploying to the New Orleans area, Thursday, to aid and assist those in need. We are in need of donations to help in our mission.
