Water service is off on Winchester Road and parts of East Oakland Street, due to water leak.

The weekly residential trash pickup will have two trash trucks running daily to provide more efficient trash service.

This may cause your trash to be collected earlier than usual.

Please have your trash cart by the street on your pick-up day by 7:30 a.m.

Workers are waiting for the concrete to cure.

This should be followed by the fence being installed, then ramps, signage and fixtures.

Monticello District Court Clerk, Julie Watkins, recently completed all requirements set forth by the National Center for State Courts and was recognized by the Arkansas Supreme Court as a Certified Court Manager. 

In earning her certification, Mrs. Watkins completed 120 hours in topics including: Court Performance Standards, Project Management for Courts, Purposes & Responsibilities of Courts, etc.
