Numerous volunteers from SeaArk Boats dedicated time and effort to the Hope Place in Monticello on March 21st. Under the leadership of employees Charlie Hoover and Jesse Cartwright, a team of SeaArk volunteers undertook essential maintenance and beautification projects at the local shelter.
The day’s tasks focused on vital upkeep, starting with pressure washing to clean the walkways, which brightened the shelter’s outward appearance. Volunteers cleared out withered shrubs and spread fresh mulch, breathing new life into the landscape. They also did some necessary repairs to the facility’s wheelchair ramp, alongside other enhancements that contributed to the inviting feel of Hope Place.
“This is one of several initiatives that we have planned for the year. I am grateful that we can give a little back to these organizations that do so much for our community..”, shared SeaArk Boats President Steve Henderson.
SeaArk Boats is committed to making a positive impact in the community, not only through its business operations but also through active engagement in local service projects.
