As Hamburg prepares for Armadillo Week, HPD has brought in the special agent Officer Andy-Dillo, direct from his most recent assignment in Mayberry RFD.

We have been unable to confirm that his lifetime pal and deputy, Barney, will be in Ashley County, but you never know.

The City of Monticello is now accepting applications for Seasonal Pool Lifeguards for the McCloy Public Pool for the 2019 Summer Season. Must be Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid Certified.

Deadline to apply for this job is April 30, 2019.

Applications can be picked up at City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. For more information contact Human Resources at City Hall – 870-367-4400.
