Armed Intruder Drill, at MHS, Called “A Success”

Both law-enforcement and Monticello school administration consider Wednesday’s armed intruder drill at Monticello high school a success.
The drill was described as an educational experience, and was used to familiarize law enforcement and emergency responders, as well as students with the proper way to deal with a situation of this type, in case it were to be a reality.
Agencies participating in cluded MPD, DCSO, OEM, MFD, SEEMS, MASI, AG&F, UAM PD, as well as several others in minor roles.
