Armed Home Invasion Suspect from Warren being held in Drew County Jail

On June 19, 2024, at approximately 12:09 a.m., Warren Police Officers were dispatched to a residence on Cherry St. in reference to an armed home invasion.
Upon their arrival they were told by a resident that individuals entered their home with guns. The individuals were gone upon officers’ arrival.
Three suspects from Warren have been arrested, a 15 year old male juvenile and two adults, Travion Jones, age 18, and Jayzhon McCoy, age 20. All three have been charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Residential Burglary, Kidnapping, and Endangering the Welfare of Minors.
Probable cause was found, and their bond was set at $250,000 by District Court Judge Bruce Anderson. This is an ongoing investigation.
