The city is acting like we have had no increase of any type since 1984. They are not saying how much everything already was and also not stating how much a small town is making on permits!. Not only that trash and water increases constantly. I reckon it’s time to by some new diesel city trucks in which they don’t need.
It would be different if the city took the money and fixed all of these streets that people are tearing their personal cars up on a daily basis. But it’s all a big show look what we bought and driving in comfort. While the people of Monticello is struggling just trying to make a living!
