The City of Monticello is currently taking applications for a full-time Warehouse Clerk. Applicants must possess the ability to work independently, be trainable, have good listening skills, general knowledge of public works and have a minimum of a high school diploma. Applicant must have the ability to use a computer, be able to carry out data entry, file records paper based and electronically, experience taking inventory and maintaining logs, be able to maintain maintenance records for the City Mechanic, and be willing to clean warehouse throughout the week. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. On the job training will be provided. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30pm – 4:30pm. Salary DOE. Full benefits package included.
