Around 11 AM, Wednesday morning, the driver of this Ford truck was traveling east, with law-enforcement behind him. When officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on parole/probate warrants, the driver attempted to flee, and lost control of his vehicle.

After veering into the wrong lane, he crossed back across his lane, slamming into a tree.

The suspect was ejected, before the truck struck another tree and caught fire.

The Monticello Fire Department was paged out and extinguish the blaze, as law-enforcement officers found and arrested Kory Davis, who fled into the surrounding woods.
