MISTRIAL – (Alleged) Murder with No Motive

After 1.5 hours of deliberation, the jury in the murder trial of Demarcus Veasey returned with a decision of “mistrial”, due to a hung jury.
Once again there is a very important piece of the evidence, which explains the motive for the alleged murder of Robert Mosher, that was not allowed by the court to be presented to the jury.

Why do you KEEP SAYING A KEY PIECE OF EVIDENCE is not BEING allowed to prove MOTIVE. If the Judge said it shouldn’t be PRESENTED then YOU SHOULDN’T BE OUT HERE POISONING POTENTIAL JURORS with your own THOUGHTS on a PUBLIC PLATFORM. IF he was my SON I WOULD HAVE TO COME AND SEE YOU!!!!
The law wont allow the state to present prior history during the guilt innocence phase of a trial. Once they are found guilty its open game and can insure the jury knows the person on trials previous criminal history prior to deciding the sentence for said person. The JUDGE don’t say it should be presented the law does. Once trial is over the information can be released. (That’s public record) Just not during the trial until sentencing phase.
