Requirements: Good grammar, professional dress, good manners, attendance and timeliness. Preference will be given to applicant who can demonstrate skills in: QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and keyboarding.

Interpersonal Skills desired: pleasant speaking voice, enjoy meeting and working with new people, desire to develop positive relationships with tenants and clients, honest.

Other desirable skills: organization, filing, record keeping, payroll, must be teachable in these areas if not proficient.
