Stephanie Harton (right), director of the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas at Monticello was honored recently at the ASBTDC’s statewide meeting in Little Rock.

Harton was recognized as a member of the $3 Million Club, based on the dollar value of loans and other forms of capital funding that she helped small business clients attain in the 2017 calendar year. At left is ASBTDC State Director Laura Fine.

The Monticello/Drew County Chamber of Commerce recently conducted a Ribbon-Cutting to celebrate the official grand opening of the Drew Memorial Hospital gift shop.

With ALL NEW merchandise and an expanded, fully-renovated space, the gift shop is back and better than ever, in its original location – across from the Registration Desk inside Drew Memorial Health System, at 778 Scogin Drive, in Monticello.

SeaArk Boats is increasing production and looking for individuals who want to join a fast paced, fast growing and exciting company.  We need individuals to help in areas of the welding, rigging, metal fabrication, and paint departments.  Also looking for Administrative Assistant and General Labor Helpers.

Looking for a place to rent in Monticello.

Ideally looking for a clean house that is 1-2 bedrooms. I’m moving down this summer to start a graduate program at UAM, and I have good credit/rental history.
