2 Attorneys Testify in Jury Trial

After opening arguments, the defense began calling their witnesses.
After the court resumed, after lunch, Bynum’s mother, the sheriff’s investigator, and 2 area attorneys were called to the stand.
The mom told the court that she did not know Bynum was pregnant, and that she had no idea, that she delivered the baby that night.
The investigator played a video of the first Bynim interview, and described their conversation.
Bynum’s lawyer waived all privilege, and instructed attorneys Sara Hartness and Sandra Bradshaw to answer any questions that they would be asked.
Both counselors reported that they had told her to go to the hospital, when she told them she was in labor.
This testimony continued until after 3:30.
