Waff-L-Inn open for business
Published by Jeff October 24th, 2006 in News.
Monday was the grand re-opening of the Waff-L-Inn under new owners, Bob and Karen Hall. The refurbished restaurant promises to catch early birds and late-nighters. It’s open 24/7.Possibly Related:

Will this new establishment but a smoke free facility?
Recent law requires all establishments in Arkansas where minors under 21 work or do business be smoke free, so it’s probably safe to say yes.
I can’t wait to eat there again. I’ve missed it so.
I would like to see this business really take off. However, with competition like Huddle House, Wendy’s, and McDonald’s, they certainly have their work cut out for them.
Also, since Huddle House is their 24/7 competition, some changes need to be made in order for people to feel more comfortable late at night and very early in the morning. The few times that I visited Waff-L-Inn before it was shut down, I noticed that it was very dark inside, despite the time of day. It made me a little uncomfortable. The tinted windows also prevent you from seeing inside the establishment from the highway, presenting yet another safety concern. I understand that having dark tinted windows is nice in the middle of the day, but at night it’s a little frightening.
I think it’s good that Huddle House has the competition. No one business should have a monopoly on a market, no matter what that market is. Having another choice for an all-night study hang-out will be nice for the college students (like myself). Huddle House was invaluable as a study place last semester, but it got really crowded around time for finals. Maybe this will alleviate some of the congestion.
Hey drive by at night the windows dont look tinted
anymore! My 8 yr old noticed that tonight when we drove by!!
